It’s been a frantic past fortnight since as I have secured myself back in full time employment so as you can imagine after hearing that Sharkey’s Dream had been nominated by TGO Magazine for one of five Great Lake District Blogs I was a hugely honoured to say the least.

At this stage all I can say is that this has put the icing on an already incredible week for me for which I would like to thank the voters and TGO Magazine for this fantastic and highly honourable nomination.
