There is roadside parking on the Potter Fell Road but spaces are strictly limited to around three vehicles along side a stone wall. Parking here gives excellent access onto Potter Fell and Potter Tarn nearby, despite this rural location Potter Fell is still a very popular area and my advise is to arrive early. If you are part of a walking group with more than one car my advise would be to leave the rest of the cars at the parking spaces at Barley Bridge, Staveley and travel in one car to the roadside spaces on Potter Fell road. Parking is free.
