	Rampsgill Head is geographically, a 'key' point in the High Street range, for two independent ridges os some importance leave its summit, and it is, therefore, all the more remarkable that a neat and precise definition of its natural boundaries cannot be given, largely because lower secondary summits are also regarded as separate fells and claim themselves territory that would otherwise be attributed to the parent fell.
